**Returns and Exchanges**
- We do not accept returns.
- Exchanges are only offered in certain special cases. Please email us at hello@lahelooms.com for approval.
- We do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations on orders purchased during the sale period.
- The item(s) must be in original condition, with the original packaging and all tags still attached.
- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
**Refund Policy**
- The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You will receive a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
**Customs and Duties**
- Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient. You may be requested to pay duty charges prior to the exportation of your order from India by our delivery agent.
- Please note that taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be levied as per the rules and regulations set forth by your government.
**Shipping Costs**
- We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.
- International shipping is a flat rate of ₹3,000.
